Check all windows and doors for proper operation; adjust and lubricate as needed |

Check all windows for signs of seal failure |

Check exterior for shrunken or cracked caulking - repair as necessary |

Check and make adjustments as needed to heating and air conditioning systems |

Check for loose or damaged shingles |

Inspect all flashing, gutters, and diverters; remove leaves from gutters and/or valleys |

Inspect roof for signs of leakage via attic inspection |
