Operating Guidelines are one of the critical components of our entire premise as a business.
 

The premise being that, if providers of design, construction, and maintenance services (our family members) are given adequate direction, training, and reinforcement, they will be more efficient, effective, and productive - which will lead to happier customers. Otherwise, they would be left to make assumptions and decisions based on prior experience or gut instinct, likely leading to inconsistencies in quality, confusion, delays, over-spending, and ultimately customer dissatisfaction.
