Overview

A Help Management Company is a local or regional provider of administrative, accounting, and marketing services to the local franchisees. Each franchise, by franchise agreement, will have these services provided it by the local or regional management company.

Value Proposition

The Help Management Company provides shared services across multiple business entities, thus offering efficiencies otherwise found in only larger businesses. The efficiencies lead to lower overall cost, savings of which are transferred, in part, to the local franchisees. Additionally, the Management Company can offer additional services usually reserved, again, for larger businesses helping the franchisee make better and more timely business decisions.

The Management Company also helps create, monitor, and manage a structured marketing plan for each franchisee, helping assure the franchisee that its brand is known in the marketplace and is kept top-of-mind.

Facilities services such as professional offices, conference rooms, warehouse space, and training facilities are provided by the Help Management Company for each franchisee in a shared, cost-effective yet comforatble and effective configuration.
